distance kayaked: 4+ miles
total confirmed miles to date: 883

I'm not sure how far I made it since I didn't reach the next bridge (probably about half-way, or 6 miles total). This was one of those unfortunate trips where the water level was high enough to force me to paddle through the treetops in the river channel but not high enough for me to completely bypass the river channel. Over all, it was a nice trip. I will return to try my luck again later.

not sure what you mean, though I did fall in the river due to a misjudged step off a steep embankment during a portage. I immediately sank to neck deep; the water was incredibly cold. It scratched up my elbow pretty well, but I didn't take any pictures.

Owchies, did it ruin your camera? :O

Gaku: No; I was pulling the kayak. I fell in, and the kayak remained on the bank.

I was probably 13-15. I'm not sure exactly, but it was just a single group trip down a river in Texas.
