One can still spam notifications in TRC by switching between clicking the like and dislike buttons.

Since people should still have a chance to have second thoughts or correct a misclick, I suggest this be remedied by a user only sending one notification of like/dislike for a single post.
I.e. when a post is liked, a notification is sent, but when it is changed to a dislike by the same user, no notification is sent.
