Rule 14 needs to be better written to limit itself.

There has already been what I and any other sensible person would consider "misuse" of this rule.

I understand that this gray area is supposed to compensate for loopholes in the system but it creates more of them in itself.

If we had paid admins whose income was affected by not doing their jobs to the fullest, we might have less issues. However as it stands this is not possible, and by not having a black-and-white rule set, the system is prone to abuse.

If you don't understand how rule 14 works, you probably don't understand anything. Rule 14 is fine, it always has been. Quit your *****ing and just don't break any rule and you won't have to worry.

I would like to point out, that you should be following the ToS while playing the game. Regardless of whether it is equivalent to the game rules or not.
