He will get to it as he can. This was a really awkward situation, and though this may be seen as too far to most, it may produce the best results.

Everyone loses, but at the same time noone is entirely screwed over. I can see the logic in a pwipe, and though to my knowledge there was one semi-recently, this may actually serve for the better.

Just be patient, if he can do it before then I am sure he will post about it. He has his own life as well, so remember, he's not on 'our schedule,' it's the other way around.
