Like... Wtf meng.

It's been going on 5 days now since I first submitted my icon to Kikuri. She said THANKS! And nothing more was said. I gave her the benefit of a doubt and went about my business because I had still to attain level 20.

Level 20 finally rolls around.

Kikuri is nowhere to be found.

So I submit my old icon to Letha (Relleth). He says "Ohey guy, I'll get started on this biz in like an hour, K?"

And I'm all excited because I get to use my icon again.

So I wait.

And wait.

And wait.

And frickin' wait some more.

So I catch Kikuri pop in on Dsay a few times over the course of maybe two or three days. I ask her about my icon. I'm ignored completely. Not until I make a newbie alt that I actually get an answer.

"Reformatting takes time."

Same bullsauce I got from Relleth.

Been waiting for quite a while now for someone to look over my ****, take the MAYBE 10 minutes to reformat it and upload my icon.

There should be absolutely no reason why a person would have to wait almost a week for their icon to be uploaded to their character.

We either need new icon checkers or more of them.

Because the only foreseeable way it would take a week to upload an icon from start to finish would be that there is just too much on their plates at the moment.

This topic was a misunderstanding which got worse with an uploading error.

The issue has been resolved and the customer is satisfied.
