Alot of problems stem from the way champs currently spawn now.

Alot of us would like for champs to not be based apon party size at all, because even in a small party you can go the distance and train for quite a long time, but get absolutely no champs because theres a 5 man party some where else in the world, The world population being a variable for champ spawns is kind of lame. The other day there was a party for the new moon of people going into highlands to train, a huge ****storm arose from that party because of several people in that party fighting for control over the drops, which also leads to another problem.

You getting good equipment shouldn't be dependent on if your group is bigger than someone elses, The bad part about being in a small party and getting a champ is, champs are random/inconsistant, and can give crap drops, it's happened to us all the time, i will admit there have been a few random champs, but massive parties get 20 random crappy champs, then finally 1 or 2 good champs.

Basically, champrate being based apon how fresh the spawns are is good enough, because you can run around and diminish fresh spawns very quickly, and then there goes the champ rate for that area, and now having to travel back home with your loot being a new mechanic this prevents people from just traveling all over the world, getting as much champs as the can then relogging.

The way champs currently spawn isin't that big of a deal, but with how few people that play, and most of the compitent/aware people that do play being a part of a single group, everyone else is left out as a whole, we kind of just want a bit of fairness/equality.

I've always said the way champs work is a little bad. Especially for classes like wizards. They don't get much of a chance to get champs in such a large party cause most of the time the wizards are being team players and not champ hunting like certain people whose names will not be mentioned lol.

In Marcus's example in the Highlands, I only saw two people getting the majority of the champs (given 80% of them were bad, but still) and as a result there was just a huge amount of bickering while wizards and even myself due to parrying swarms got little to nothing. The fact that you have to be in a party to get a moderate amount of champs makes things unfair for those actually trying to be a team player.

I agree with Marcus on this suggestion.

yeah i say this is a good idea, most ifnot all wizards barley get champ drops unless they dive in the swarm with all the meleers that can tank when your a squishy mage cause mages have to use squishy mage gear now

I completely agree with marcus, and i would also like to suggest that the max things you can keep with you would be increased to like 10. Having to run back to town after a party is almost impossible for people like me who have started late in the wipe with people that are capped/ near capped hunting you down.
