At the start of Refresh: 57 MP
At the end of Refresh: 69 MP That's with Soul equipped. I didn't make this a suggestion topic because RW is so broken right now anyways I don't even care any more. But Refresh cost 21 mana to cast so.... Just Sayin'. edit: yes, "start" means right after I cast it. _________________________________________ A good player knows how to play his class. Looks like you really need to prof your refresh a lot. Just saying.

I think refresh should be put back to the way it was before.

And why is the change so weak (probably not intended)? _________________________________________ A good player knows how to play his class. An elitist knows how to play everyone else's class.

I'm not sure why Gaku changed it. But I think that refresh not regening more mana than it costs is really silly.

Pretty sure it was changed so it's easier to prof, just like pray, but I could be wrong.
How about some good old fashioned testing to see exactly how good or bad the performance actually is? _________________________________________ "Take this shipment of supplies to Gillian, and try not to murder anyone's parents along the way, alright?"

Keeping this in the same topic. Did some testing, refresh is still useless.
Level 31 Level 40 refresh (costs 10 mana) with 116 max mana (no mana increase suffixes) no soul bracelet Before cast: 73/116 mp After cast: 63/116 mp After Refresh wears off: 68/116 mp Total regenerated: 5 mp Difference from before casting: -5 mp with 116 max mp soul bracelet equipped Before cast: 72/116 mp After cast: 62/116 mp After Refresh wears off: 77/116 mp Total regenerated: 15 mp Difference from before casting: +5 mp with 146 mana (one snake piece) with soul bracelet Before cast: 64/146 mp After cast: 54/146 mp After Refresh wears off: 69/146 mp Total regenerated: 15 mp Difference from before casting: +5 mp with 146 mana (one snake piece) with soul bracelet timed to almost exactly one minute and thirty seconds (duration of my level 40 refresh on self, consistent with other tests) Start of timer: 84/146 mp End of timer: 97/117 mp Total regenerated: 13 mp Difference between with and without refresh: 2 mp Now, I won't even bother testing with two snake pieces and a soul bracelet because no one should be forced to get that kind of gear to make a spell useful (keep in mind this isn't only about the hardcore players). In conclusion to these tests, refresh still is not worth the mana cost especially with the massive recoil after casting it, simply reducing the cost did not help it. Will make a suggestion post for possible fixes. _________________________________________ |
