it makes little sense that an npc cit will deal more damage than an npc guard. i recommend buffing the guards a little bit and lowering the npc cit levels a bit. guards are dealin 150-300 damage to me while an npc cit deals about 400-700.

meh, i dont do domain warfare, just makin an obervation mostly. when i start partaking it domain war, ill put it in suggestion box. idgaf yet tho
