We asked Vain to prove himself to not be vurtex by saying something on TRC. He said nothing about it and there was no response. And inb4 "I don't have to listen to you guys", we warned you that if you did not do as such, you would suffer. You lived under Tristram, you accept all rules of the domain, so said by the Lord and Chancellor. We warned you that you had to prove yourself to not be Vurtex, and you refused, basically accepting the suffering.

You're a quick one to automatically assume he's a newbie. Let's imagine that you aren't Vain. You happen to assume he's a newbie? Maybe Tristram wasn't his first domain and he's lived other places. Who's to know he's a newbie, hm?
Also, if this becomes more of an issue, an admin could simply check what key the Black Mage Vain is on, or an icon checker could check what key Vain's recolor icon is on. If that's even allowed, mind you. Even if an admin/iconchecker cannot disclose that information to the rest of the community, if they see Vain - RavinClaw (or whatever the hell the format for AWho, etc. is), they themselves will know that you are a liar and a terrible spy.

Allow me to wait for your one-line response to hide yourself.

2. Being killed in a domain is not spamkilling because you can leave at any time
3. You posted no proof
4. The new protection/penalty system replaces the spamkilling rule

2. No other TRC account (which is automatically made) was logged in that we didn't recognize
3. Vain logs off, Vurtex logs on, Vurtex logs off and "waits at title screen", Vain logs on.
