For the outtake concerning The Highwayman, I would suggest cutting into the part where the pony starts primarily meleeing - since the amusing part imo was the pony missing multiple times.

The outtake with the Black Belt, maybe cutting into that attack before the pony runs away would help a lot, too.

And like I said in TRC, the music is kinda abrupt when the outtakes start.

Edit: I actually think that the Highwayman moment would have been much better if not for the unmask upon death (you get a sideways HWM with X's for eyes, I believe)
