Chat Rules
Applicable to all public channels. This includes say, nsay, whisper, emote, and party names.
Dsay and Psay are private channels and will be moderated by their leaders.

1) Do not evade chat filters.
2) Do not harass players regarding out of game matters.
3) All chat that is sexual in nature must be kept in private channels such as Dsay or Psay.
5) Do not post inappropriate links in public channels. This includes links to pornography, pirated or malicious software, or other material which would violate any of the previous rules.
6) Do not argue with or harass admins on any public channel in regards to them being admins, rules, or punishment.
7) Do not break any of the aforementioned chat rules by writing words, phrases, or pictures using droppable items or domain improvements.

Spam Killing
1) Handled through coding.

Bug Abuse
1) If you suspect you have found a bug or glitch report your findings to an admin immediately and in private. You can do this by using the PM system on the forum or by messaging them in trc with /tell “name” msg or /tell (name) msg. Deliberate bug abuse and or deliberate failure to report a bug will result in punishment.

Grave Blocking
1) Do not prevent a player from respawning while they are in their grave state by:
a) Standing on the grave.
b) Keeping a NPC on the grave.
2) Do not prevent entry/exit of domains that can be sieged when siege time is not active with your grave. Do not prevent access to any areas in New Banian by using your grave.

Key Sharing
1) It is illegal to share your byond key with other players. Any person(s) found to be sharing byond keys will be punished. On a related note, since key sharing is illegal there will be no multi-key exemptions granted which would violate this rule.

Other
1) Do not harass Gakumerasara with moderation issues.
2) Do not prevent access to domains that can be sieged by using domain npcs when siege mode is not active. Do not prevent access to areas of Newbie Island by using npcs (not monsters).
3) The burden of proof rests on the players and not the admins. If you have been punished keep in mind that your punishment was not issued without evidence. You may appeal your punishment but the burden of proof rests on the player, not the administrative team.
4) If you are found to be going out of your way to get others punished unfairly you will be punished.
5) Players found to be evading punishment are subject to character deletion and/or IP ban.
6) All complaints and reports should be submitted to the admins, either through a thread in the guides and moderation forum or through private messages should you wish discretion. Please furnish as much proof as possible and do not harass Gakumerasara with such concerns.
Proof may be in the form of screenshots (preferably containing the time and date, in-game & real life), logs, witnesses willing to give accounts of what took place, etc. Evidence will be evaluated and dealt with accordingly.
