It's nothing that complex.
If in year 50 you talk to an NPC who says "12 years ago"... I've got a very curious question. What jobs, other than the starting 3, will be available for players to play? I like how the Priest and Warlock were designed, but I have yet to see anything about any of the other jobs. Are the others ready to be playable?

Only the 3 starting jobs are currently available, and I'm leaning toward not adding any additional jobs on Eldon Island.
Unlike FFO's Newbie Island, Eldon isn't a place where people can spend countless hours. I don't see a reason to make it any more complicated by adding other job trainers on Eldon. Tae is the name Cea used before he used Cea, way back in the days of legend in the early versions of FFO.
