There's a dev *TEAM*? It always seemed like Gaku wanted to work alone and he's had too many weird-ass backstabs and stuff to want a team. Maybe I should look into BYOND mapping and stuff again.

Also, for it being more casual-friendly, I thought the entire point of the new exp-less system was to make it faster and easier to gain strength without absolutely requiriing a big fat EXP party to see real progress after the early 20s or so. But I mean GETTING to those 20s is certainly infinitely faster and easier with an EXP system at least, lol.

My main gripe with the game as it is now is the PLC system and how it forces you to be logged in 24/7 for awhile or have an early character to be compeitive, if I come in later in a server I'd like to just be able to get to everyone else's level if I feel like devoting enough time -- I know it was to keep from spoonfeeding but I dunno, I think the universal level cap is enough frankly. Any version without the PLC or with it 'lighter' (increases faster) would be cool to me.

Anyway, though, this seems like it'd be nostalgic and I'd check it out. And allowing people to focus on Terulia instead of this old game that apparently will never be able to be publicized again would be for the best. I'd miss having Argo beach and the new improved WT (or even the old one, as iirc the beach area and WT were added in what, 2009-2010?) but it could be really fun to play the version I was actually kinda well-known and god-forbid liked ages ago again, and try to do it better.
