In this scenario, any single person who potentially would have actually received GM was likely to have encountered the same issue - this entire intiative was given specifically because of admin action (and I mostly stayed out of the entire issue because of my increasingly biased opinions towards Nolynn which waffle between loving her and hating her).

This scenario would probably happen had anyone else gotten GM; are you stating that if, for example, Kikuri got GM and then lost it because the Admins felt that was a bad decision, it is specifically because she can not be trusted? That's a slightly unfair position on the situation.

Itemized list since you don't handle quote splitting well:

1) I don't exactly see any proof that she did "it" and that "it" is punishable; you don't exactly make "it" clear. Are we talking about the Moon Staff?

2) You say not to provoke someone to insult someone. Earlier in that same post you provoked Deylin with something that is very clearly teasing, even if the point and clarity of it is lacking.

I don't like playing the "what if" game. It wouldn't matter who got GM. Anyone can be a "good" fit for the role. Yes even Deylin and Black. FFO is like America, we give second, third, and fourth chances round here. Sorry Smith we don't like your kind, you PK each other on site in your country.=p

But really FFO shouldn't have GM's unless there are clearcut rules with how it should be used and when. Even then GM's shouldn't be active players or have any political agendas. Which is why GM ruins FFO gameplay balance.

The last point you mentioned is basically why any sort of higher power ruins FFO gameplay balance. I can't think of any power that doesn't have a history of extreme abuse at one point or another. Maybe icon checker in that it was slightly less than extreme abuse at one point? Adjunct because they don't get to do **** anyway?
