If you have been paying attention at all Exo, apparently it does infact mean something, Basically what i've done here is taken every point nolynn has made and poked a hole in it's logic based apon how she presented it, here let me show you what i mean.

And the sad part is, I know what quote she's talking about but she has yet to find it like she said she would, although it wouldn't help her as much as she thinks if she keeps being a child about this but anyways carrying on, so we sat down with the icon checkers later.



And After this, I rounded up the icon checkers and attempted to sort this all out.

Firstly I would like to apologize to nolynn because the way this conversation even started was pretty much her on the spot, And anyone in that situation would feel like they're being attacked.-
Like i've already stated in this post already, Due to the rules if the icon belonged to anyone origonally it'd have to be me, because i did use the icon first, irregardless of if i used it over any period of time, I even put the icon on Jules because he wanted to use it as well for a minute. After the hosting nolynn used it, apparently the icon's been tossed around quite a bit since then, Meaning the icon has no real ownership past myself. Which leads me back to my point, Instead of going through all of this drama, because like i said earlier today as well, The icon checkers are still ****ing people and are entitled to a certain level of respect in doing what they do, irregardless of how much i like them, When i was an icon checker i ****ing hated hearing people whine and ***** for absolutely stupid stuff like this right here. And for those fortunate souls who were respectful and submitted icons that did not fit the rules they were given aid.

You might just get your way if you respectfully approach the situation, not everyone responds well to being yelled at, and though the icon checkers have hardened their standards, they are still people and can be reasoned with.


Can we just put this all to rest now? I mean after seeing that... Just approach the icon checkers respectfully, It might just work.

Edit: I like how I took so long to reply, gdi shane, but pretty much what shane said, and that last picture I posted pretty much closes the case on who owns the icon.

No matter what way she approached it, even if it wasn't the right way, that doesn't change what is actually true, which apparently is that it is indeed her icon.

Just because you don't like how she went about it and decide not to back her up on it, doesn't change that it is hers.

That is assuming that the rules that 2 people have the ability to change and **** with to make what they want apply.

If someone is known by their icon... its their icon.

I would see the Deylin icon and be like, **** there go a twinky ***** move yalls asses wide load etc.

Therefore they used that icon for an extended period of years and it was created for them... so it's theirs.

The icon was barely used for more than a month, I stayed around long enough to know that much, and after the hosting it was made, other players used it a hella lot more than her, So you're saying that she's even less entitle to it than me and her huh.

You just admitted icons like Black's there is no dispute. Emolsifier made that icon and never had to specify an ownership to Black, it was made for him and therefore it was his... so in that case your admitting that I'm right.

Edit: I'm sorry, Those guys make the best icons ever, i'd be damned to ever see anyone using one of their icons over my dead body, but they alone are the reason why i'm so passionate about not wanting people to steal my icons.

Presentation only matters to the extent that it would change our opinion of the person and not the validity of the argument itself.

I never implied that I knew the icon was not mine. I fought for what I thought, which is that the icon is MINE. In your picture, I'm saying that YOU said it wasn't mine and that you just wanted people to use the icons you created. Which is literally what you said. It was used by me for years. You showing people the icon when you had checker does not make it yours Marcus. It goes by the same rules as the other historic icons, as I stated before.

Everyone knows I used this icon first and that it is mine. If Sai is defending me for it then it must be true. This still doesn't hide the fact that the icon checker went behind my back to get dibs on an icon that has apparently lost its true ownership in my absence.


The facts are laid out here, and only you and the icon checkers have tried to defend your points because as I said, they only look out for themselves and their friends. I knew I wasn't going to get anywhere in that skype conversation, so I brought it to the forum to show how ****ed up this system is.


And it's gotten me pretty far I must say since no one besides you three are going against this topic.

after spending a few hours of my last day at work reading this I've decided to give you some facts

1.the person who made the icon is instantly given rights to it wether or not someone else uses it (this is the case with my xay icon and all others).

2.in order to use an icon you must get permission regardless of wether or not you used it before tiles have changed from just submit to get permission then submit.

3.a possible solution to this is just make your own icon being that you'll have permission and ownership instantly

4. instead of yelling try to act civil it works better than yelling as the other person will be more likely to listen to you (learned this through experience).

that is all i have to say on the matter
