Posting here again because of Locke's post in the "Fourth adjunct admin" thread stating "Then I make a topic asking for ideas for the rules and they don't post."

To clarify my suggestions:

Remove rule 14. Instead of having a magic panacea rule, instead put some thought into the job of moderation, and modify existing rules to suit the needs of the game as problems arise.

Change the naming guidelines to be more leniant.

Here's a new one. Limit icon changes to once a month for a single character. Exemptions would be for slight modifications. This is pretty much to keep someone from putting entirely new icons on their characters every other week. I wonder who does that...
