Since the game is to be self-enforced just now, and we all know exploits in the system, why don't you use those exploits to make life Hell for the ****tier names until they wisen up?

Isnt that what I was just talking about?? Though if they stay on NB island its kinda hard to spam kill, so they may get away with that dumbass name for months before I can "make life hell". Then theyll have all this time invested into the character, spam killed down a few levels, and like I also said before threads liek Letto's start poppping up on here everyday. So renamers?

Since this has to do with icons also, I think I'll put in my two cents.

Icons should only be accepted if they fit the game. What does that mean? Means characters from say an RPG like say Secret of Mana remakes like Marcus' old icon (or recent not sure if Ian took your icon out) would be acceptable. But icons that are obvious Raichu (haha Ian) wouldnt. I'm sorry, but I dont think a lightning rat fits in ffo. Saying that maybe bagos wouldnt fit, he would be considered borderline because its from final fantasy tactics. I think there should be some boundaries in what gets in and what doesnt.

When I help make the loose guidelines or the start of it, I had no intention of them being used like this. I've read the conversation between Ian, Kiki, and I and we had all agreed that the rule he is so rudely and being nazi about would be held as a loose barrier to like SSJ Goku's and a bunch of squirtles saying hydro pump every time they cast water 2 dont get in. But Ian is Ian, and he likes his power so not much that you can do here.

Another rule that should be added is that every state must match the icon. There are few icons out there right now (all accepted by Ian I'm sure cuz wasnt me and I was the only other icon checker at the time when the icons were accepted. way to go Ian) where when they go into their hurt states they look... i dunno well ****thank you and not matching. Like head is huge hair doesnt match. I mean you can tell okay. Probably cuz they ripped them from RPG maker and RPG maker doesnt have a hurt state. Just saying, brah. Anyways back to my point, if they do that, the icon shouldn't be accepted. I'm not talking about face icons of course. Like not having you're hat in your face icon I think should be acceptable, or say your green skin that glows with power in battle state and isnt in your face icon is okay etc.

Oh yeah, this was another rule Ian was gonna upheld, but hey I've seen an icon that did this yesterday. Dont you dare use the excuse I havent seen him on, cuz you party with him in the runes earlier this weak, Ian.

Just put one rule. Don't be stupid. Name changers have the right to change your name at their own discretion if they feel it doesn't fit within Gaku's standards. If someone makes a character and they think to themselves, "Well, what would Gaku think about this name.." or "Does this name fit in with this type of game/timeline?" and the answer is no, you're getting a name change. If anything, we should have much less rules and more discretionary action (in an ideal world), with people that aren't going to put their own feelings into the equation. Unfortunately I don't think many people are up to the task of holding that sort of responsibility maturely. But who knows.

Considering how much ******ry I put up with from some of the other renamers both times I was one, likely not. I feel like I always did the task well anyways.
