Grameramera (ffo): 2) there's no explicit rule against it, so a removal of the privelege seems more reasonable to me.

So, remove the ban and take away Dey's privilege and add in a rule, if the admins want to(Dean included).

We aren't rule laweying here. It's abuse of admin powers and obvious ignoring of the abuse. Multikeying isn't allowed. The exemption isn't supposed to be used the bypass it, it's supposed to be used so that you and your relative can play at the same time from the same IP.

In a similar example, it is not against the rules to mute every player on an oppossing side so that they can't F12 switch their gear.

However, that is most certainly bannable of an offense. If taken to such an extreme that Gaku himself had to be talked to to solve the problem because the admins would not.

Shane (ffo): That is a technical way of putting it, but rules were broken either way.
Shane (ffo): Aside from that, she has very commonly edged the rules, including multiple times where she would have been banned but then the rules were changed in some manner.
