In all seriousness I seriously propose that the elemental effects system for armor and weapons be reverted to the 3.5- system so it isnt so easy to laugh at wizards with just upgraded tier 5 pieces. Also, make beefup defensive. Go with Dean's idea of level 20 cap with 35 prof cap. Tweak thief's stat gains so that way it can actually have some stats upon class changing. Remove tier 3's (you wont need them in with the prof cap lowered anyway !) and maybe tier 2.5's. Remove all status spells that cause more than one loss of player function (IE; attacking, casting, items, the spells being lost would be fear, berserk, sleep, confuse). Remove life or nerf it a lil more. Make it so mobs will never drop the shit we wont be able to equip anymore.

EDIT: on fear, you could also just make it prevent item use, skill use, or the actual attack command (too scurred to fight)

Shops have a random chance of being raided by burglars. If you defeat them you get a key to the city.

i think if we turned back time to like 2006 and gaku woke up one day to find all the little tweaks and hud changes and polishes and things like that already in the game that he'd add over the course of the next 5 years and we actually got to focus on adding new real content and finding ways to reduce lag and terulia hadn't completely usurped his attention it'd be cool

as for now i just gotta hope the new update's worth a crap or just cross my fingers that terulia'll be p cool

New Shop "mercenaries": Allows you to hire guards for approx 2k per guard, and they will follow you around within the domain and protect you against unwanted hostilities and mobs, thus cutting down on unwanted pvp.
