In my defense, how can I tell someone what I'm doing when they are not there? I was never even added into the GM board on the forum to post about it. I wasn't told by any of the other GMs that I should not spawn things to get money and prizes for events.

I never used GM to cause anyone else harm.

I was gonna say use common sense but then I realized that common sense is almost non existant nowadays. You say you didn't do anything wrong just because there's no "official" guidelines for GM, is that it? If that's your excuse for getting oodles and oodles of experience as well as gold and items then I feel bad for ya.

On a sidenote a few months ago when the GM idea was first brought up you completely disliked the idea. So why approve of it now? A lot of things don't make sense here and you can say what you want but common sense > your logic in this case.

First of all, regardless of who all has done it, I don't agree with using GM spawned monsters to obtain items for events. I feel that you should gain the items in a legitimate manner like everyone else has to. This is just my opinion. I'm not sure how everyone else feels.

When screenshots were posted of Nolynn spawning monsters in areas where they couldn't harm players so they could be killed with no real danger to the players I agreed that it was abusive and suggested a temporary ban until Gaku could remove her GM status.

As for Jeebs, I don't feel that he showed responsibility or restraint as an admin OR a GM.

Kicking someone out of the game to bypass their death sickness is blatant mechanics abuse and was achieved by using an admin command in an improper manner.

Destroying someone's town for "RP reasons" is not acceptable even if the leader broke a rule. There are other people who play the game and Jeebs successfully diminished their gameplay experience via GM abilities.

It's no secret that I've spoken to Gaku before about having Jeebs removed as an admin. I still feel that he shouldn't be an admin. I always thought he'd make a better GM since he's so buddy-buddy with everyone and doesn't really seem to have the heart to dish out punishment when punishment is due. After hearing about this I'm definitely questioning his suitability to be a GM.

At any rate I think a fair course of action would be defining what is and isn't acceptable GM behavior and giving those who are currently under the microscope a second chance.

everyone always deserves a second chance. however, a rollback of ffo is unfair, a rollback of characters (if possible) would be fair to those who were stuck in trist and kept dying when they wanted out.

I agree. We all know when Dzungaria duped items and supposedly "gave them to NPCs" so they didn't profit from it you know darn well some of them were equipped and they forgot to give those to the citizens.

Not even judging anyone in specific you know darn well no one is so pure that they would make a set up like Deylin did and NOT keep some gold or items in the process.

A roll back has happened from destruction of domains in multiple ways plenty of times before. Its completely unfair and sickening to do that to someones hard work.
