These guys have been banned for a pretty long time. I think permanent bans in a game like FFO are a little silly unless the person does something really, really bad. I don't think what they did was that horrible, they'd just broken the rules a lot. I think that by now it has probably been long enough, so I'm thinking about unbanning them, but I'd like to hear what the rest of the community thinks first.

Vigo wasn't all that bad in my opinion, considering he never really threw insults at people. All he did was PK, day-in/day-out. Zkiller on the other hand, insults everyone and anyone he can, which in my opinion is 10x worse than PKing in a game that revolves around PvP, even though said insults can be completely ignored.

In any case, I'd support Vigo being unbanned, but not Zkiller. However if Zkiller is unbanned, everyone might want to ignore every word he says.

In my opinion, that's not a very good reason. First of all, if that was justification for banning someone, a lot of people would be banned right now, especially, for example, Black.

Besides, as you pointed out, the focus is pvp. You're going to get verbally abused in any game where there's competition. Zkiller just does it a lot more than most people.

People throw insults around all the time, you yourself call everyone and anyone on dsay a ****** when you log in. Black spams insults very nearly. Ace raged on me for killing him a couple weeks ago and spent a good amount of time insulting people.

My point is, you can't be biased against zkiller for being "insulting" to people. Insults are damn near more a part of the game than pvp and partying.

I suspect you just don't zkiller as a person/player (or whatever extent you know him) and that's why you don't want him unbanned.


Me personally, I liked the both of them. Some of the most fun I had on this game was fighting against or alongside them, egging zkiller on to go raging at me. They brought a lot of excitement to every day ffo'ing, if anything bring them back just for the fun.

That's all well and good Deshawn, but I'm looking more for reasons that justify unbanning them or not. I don't think "they were fun" is a good reason for a topic like this. I could be the coolest player and then go mantra train or something and I would still get banned, because popularity shouldn't have anything to do with it. Consider that you just told Oondi that he probably only wants zkiller to stay banned because he doesn't like them. Correct me if I'm wrong, but you just said to unban them for the same reason line of reasoning.

No matter the reason for why or why not they should be unbanned, I think anyone can agree that they've probably learned their lesson by now and deserve another chance to play again.

Keep in mind my saying that Zkiller shouldn't be unbanned is irrelevant. I said I wouldn't mind seeing them unbanned, I was just expressing that I didn't like Zkiller.

Unban them. I think they've learned there lesson. I believe they were banned for multikeying. Other then that, yea, i want to kill them. I mean show them around the new and improved FFO.


Note: That was......4 months or longer, yea i believe longer that they were banned. SO yea....Let me enjoy my time and theres for letting them back into the server ;)

I forgot what they were even banned for, so I don't think I can even give a good reason beyond "those guys rocked, get 'em back in here" otherwise I would.

why make a three strikes rule saying that if someone gets a third strike it's a permaban when you say you don't even want to be permabanning people from FFO? both these people have been banned in the past for multikeying atleast one other time and they've been banned over multiple other things as well. they're already past the three strikes rule if you count past **** which doesn't matter but this ban was supposed to be permanent for a reason.

I dont see why everyone gets so pissy about random PK's, it happened to me ALL the time. I dont think any PK random or reason is grounds for banning. I dont care if they say oh your black(skin), or see you walking from the docks. It is a game that is suppose to be based on PVP. Any is good enough. Welcome to FFO.

If "he's an asshole" was grounds for banning/keeping people banned, we would have like 5 people online max at peak times.

As was already said, the reason that anyone wouldnt want zkiller unbanned (being a rude insulting **** 90% of the time) is just silly and should be flip flopped to ban pmuch most everyone who plays right now.

Personally if zkiller comes back im helping him get leveled and capped, dude will be killing black all day long e'er day. Hell I'm helping vigo too.
