Kikuri is close to never being here. When she is logged into the game on her newbie red mage she is not paying attention.

Relleth is close to never being here and when he is here he wants to troll about his job and ignore people when they ask him for help or to upload an icon.

I have PMd icon checkers, send them TRC messages, skype messages... no response.


I vote for a new icon checker roster. Consists of 3 checkers who are active and deserve the spot:

Me
Momoko
Haste

I am not going to use this thread to bash icon making skills. I am using this thread to say we need active players who care about this position.

the ****ing upload verb is broken for rell. haste has made all of three icons that were all p much the same thing rehashed. i do see that kiku is never on though. have you ever made an icon? i know you claim to icon but ive never seen you make anything aside from once that was too close to an existing icon. momo might be an alright checker tho, i guesssss?

You saying that is like implying no one has ever used bases for icons before. Every icon checker I ever know has taken from sprites whether it be from the beginning of their icon making career, or their own sprites just re-made into a different looking character.

People that have an idea how to format and create some form of icon can all be considered for this job. It's a matter of activity level that seems to be lacking currently.

As "inactive" as Kikuri is... I was able to talk to her once and get my icon put in within 15 mins.

yes but they actually made an attempt to make it not look like the same icon but NOW WITH NEW CLOTHES WHOOO. i think the current checkers are doing fine, tho with rell's upload verb being broken and kiku having school we might want an extra checker or two, maybe even just temp until that gets sorted out? i dunno who the **** it'd be though, since we barely have anyone who can do the job. i guess i might be able to? maybe momo? couple other people maybe im not thinking of?

The fact you're saying you could do this job better than me is a laugh in itself.

No. With the drama these two have had and I have proven that Kikuri takes her sprites and puts new clothes on them(like you are saying ;) ) this whole post is just hypocritical and ironic. Even Marcus has done this, taken his sprites and recolored them to different things. Yes Relleth can create icons and I like his unique style to them - but we need ACTIVE ICON CHECKERS.

Mint you have made one ugly as **** icon.

The three I mentioned are the perfect roster.

I have had the position before and I did an amazing job at it. If people such as Momo, Po, Haste, Smith, and some others both keep coming to me for icon help and saying I need to be a checker: I think I pretty much deserve it.

If you can't tell what Lahenez is(and he was like the first icon I ever created) you need to get your eyes checked. A few parts of that icon I didn't create either because Smith changed them to things he wanted them to be.

And yes - if people think I deserve it more than who is currently in the spot - I do deserve it more than them.

If you need to make multiple topics about how you should have power in this game.

You do not deserve it.

Just play the damn game. You don't need a special snowflake icon to play.

Also, try PMing an icon checker or talking to them on skype/msn. Rampant complaining about how all the people in power don't reply means jack squat when your only attempts to get their attention is going "HEY HEY" in game.
