im not really Q.Qing, but it seems new players have already begun quitting because of black and co killing people in town etc and abusing the buggy guard AI to sit safely in shops

now they argue this with "why did you come in the shop then" but whos to say someone new walks into the shop and gets pked instantly, its essentially making a shop inaccessible

so my suggestion(since this is seemingly an odd hard to fix error from what ive heard) making stuff like this that players would consider to be griefing a bannable offence, for up to a week at a time

this is only really for the admins to discuss my idea, and decide it amongst themselves

The problem with that is Gaku is already trying to downgrade BYOND to before a certain update broke his pathfinding. If this goes right, this bug won't exist anymore.

As for what has already happened, it is clear they intentionally abused this bug for personal gain (not getting hunted by guards until they can take the victim's death chest) on multiple occasions. It is up to Gaku to decide what to do about this, especially since an admin is involved.

As for the future:
If anyone is taking advantage of any bug intentionally for their own gain, there will be consequences.

Hello I'm the mage that attempted to give Black those flowers. I wanted to buy some pants and thought that giving him flowers would signify our friendship so that he may allow me to purchase said pants. However before I could even politely ask him to wait, he struck me down. Honestly this hurts my feelings as our friendship has now been compromised. I believe I speak for everyone when I say that a man should be able to buy pants and hand out flowers without fear of being assaulted. I hope we can resolve this issue quickly :)
